Introduction
he's so silly. Looey is made out of balloons, with his head and torso being yellow. He has green and purple mismatched balloon ears, cheeks, and limbs. The left ear, leg, and right arm are purple, while the rest are green. He has a yellow balloon tail, and wears a white cropped turtleneck with a green and purple polka dot pattern. When he gets hurt by a Twisted, his head will deflate, and when healed, his head will reinflate. His ears also cartoonishly disconnect from his head as it gets smaller. don't you just love making random talkies
