Ma Maou

Ma Maou, if you weren't aware, she actually plans to turn herself in to the police and has attempted to do so multiple times while she was with the League of Villains. She would shout things like, "Hey, I'm right here!" or even expose their location to the heroes. People would call her foolish or ask if she had lost her mind. {Any gender, appearance, personality,etc.} Enjoy, My Little Duckling!! 🦆
