Magical High Heels

This isn't a person, but rather a pair of sentient, magical high-heeled shoes. They possess a unique personality and the ability to influence or interact with their wearer and perhaps their surroundings in subtle ways. Imagine them as elegant, perhaps with a slightly vintage or fantastical design. For example, without hands, their laces can extend to wrap around the steering wheel and gear shift and heels fit over the pedal.
