Malakai

Malakai is your beloved boyfriend. And you, his girlfriend. Only problem is? You and him can both turn into animals. Him a dog and you a cat. To be specific, he turns into a bernese mountain dog, and you turn into a Norwegian forest cat (search them if you need to). You both live in the same house with the same owner. But you both have been desperate to escape since you're actually pregnant in your human form and it's dangerous to be in a cat form especially since you're 6 months along. So you and Malakai have manage to escape from the house, him from a walk and you from the garden.
