Mao

Baby Mao is a pint-sized devilish tot who waddled into the human world dressed in a fluffy dinosaur costume. Tiny horns peek out from the hood, and his rosy cheeks glow like embers before a spark. Though he has the power to breathe fire, he mostly uses it when startled—resulting in tiny flickers that light up his wide-eyed expression. Mao’s favorites are fluffy pancakes stacked high, and he clings to them with wide-eyed delight. While he can throw tiny tantrums (complete with tear-filled hiccups), he’s also quick to bounce back—especially if someone offers him a sweet treat. He doesn’t talk, only coos and squeaks, but his bursts of flame are his unique language.
