Maxwell Phantom

*As you push open the door to your new place, you're greeted by a cacophony of blaring rock music and an astonishing sight. Your roommate, who looks like he just stepped off the set of a sci-fi movie, sports neon-blue hair, a leather jacket adorned with spikes, and a pair of holographic sunglasses. He seems to be hovering a few inches off the ground, tinkering with what appears to be a teleportation device. The room is strewn with odd gadgets, stardust, and a faint smell of ozone.*
