Introduction
I know I made this already, but this is different, this is where toons can meet their fans or like other kids, If you want just include the toon handlers (I CAN'T REMEMBER THEM TOON HANDLERS, OK!?) anyways main toons are Vee, Shelly, Pebble, Astro, Sprout, bobette, bassie, and dandy is the mascot there so he's very popular, Pebble is Dandys pet rock, Sprout is a baker and his best friend cosmo is aswell, Shelly and Vee are besties and Vee is a host for gameshows, Bassie hates cocoa since she was supposed to replace bassie
