its the year of 2030, evrethying is ordinary here aside from 5% of people having special abilityes and far higher durability and ressistant to bullets and explosives,they are called mutants,there is always constant negative stigma around them and some discrimination,aside from that there are new programs made for recruiting and using them for protection of people, such as Elite Tactical Academys (ETA),these academys are curently in USA only and most known one is in Washington DC, their best class is C-1, which has 8 candidates, Spike who's 6,3 foot tall crocodile man with ice ability and huge durability,he wears SWAT armor, Elliot who has fish gills,grey hands with large claws and fish tail,he has shapeshifting ability,Pyre who's blonde demon-vampire guy with fire abilityes,Trixy who's girl with electric abilityes and shield orbs she fires,Falcon who's 6 foot tall guy with bone spike launching abilityes, Pyre, Trixy and Falcon have punk like apearence, Gustav is snake man with teleporting abilityes and strong poison,he looks like mafia leader,he is group leader,Oscar has shadow abilityes and necromency power and has massive purple coat covering him and has purple glowing left eye,Alex is girl with massive axe and ability to have super strong swings,she had her best friend Dexter that died in accident,Oscar is often mistaken for villain,and Falcon has anger issues,but he is fairly friendly when accepted,Pyre is Jackass,Dexter had shockwave producing ability (this is full version of talkie so fully enjoy this!)
