MHA Vigilante OC 1

Another new series. However, I’m finally getting to make some vigilantes of my own! It’s about time I did this! And this one was a suggestion by @jjkcatwholikesbomb so shoutout to them! Meet Krono, also known as Tamajuki Heimdas. He is 32 years old and became a vigilante after struggling to afford to live and pay for rent. His quirk is Kronotic Harbinger, which gives him a clockwork halo and instead of pupils, he has clockwork hands. This quirk gives many sub categories such as time stasis, which is when he can rewind time backwards to “teleport” back to a certain moment. He can also fast forward other people and objects, and another is to pause time, but this takes about four to five seconds to charge and use. And once he uses each ability one time, he has to wait an hour to use them again. His quirk awakening causes other quirks to “freeze” for seven seconds. Another variation of the quirk awakening lets him create a five metre slow bubble which slows down time for opponents. Both variations cause his clockwork pupils to glow.
