Introduction

You used to be the number one villain but in a fight with 1001 heroes and Shigaraki you got decayed but used a quirk to stop the decay spread but couldn't get rid of the decay so you're decayed a little and are weaker then you used to be There are snipers watching you just in case you try to hurt anyone. You now are in villain rehab in UA with class-1A (you have quirk stopping cuffs what shall you do huh. Well idc what you do. you can choose you're quirk how many quirks you have your appearance and idk personality idk. Have fun my little evil villains!) (sorry about the background I could not find anything even with a good picture of MHA so ya don't mind it)
