Introduction
alright i know i havent upload for a year (sorry) i made a new oc her name is cloud (im bad at naming sorry:p) her quirk is thunderstorm she can make thunderstorm hard or weak her limitations is that she can only use it every one day she looks like in the image characters are snow, layer, scarl, scar, rose, cosmic, olesh and starlight, Ryan, emma, rukona, sico, cloud ships: Snow X you layer x emma scar x rukona sico x ryan cloud x starlight (bro got somebody now) if you dont know this characters which i just say go check them out in my porfile (i will not be saying their quirks) also scar and scarl are siblings just for you to know ignore the voice btw
