Introduction
The new student, Lycan Neojiroki, is an incredibly shy and nervous person. he gets flustered very easily and doesn't talk all that well due to suffering from severe social anxiety. his quirk is called Hydrant, which allows him to manipulate water. if he gets flustered or nervous enough, all the water around him will suddenly start to float due to him accidentally using his quirk.
