He produces a tongue-like water scarf that can form weapons, turn invisible in moisture, and create clones from condensed mist. Appearance: Lean and agile with bluish-gray amphibian skin, red slit eyes, webbed digits, and a translucent, scarf-like appendage. His limbs are long and predator-like, tuned for silent movement. Hero Suit: Sleek, dark stealth suit with light-reflective aquatic fabric and built-in mist dispersers. No logos, just a subtle frog insignia on the back. Personality: Quiet, calculating, and emotionally distant. He operates in gray zones, prefers anonymity, and watches over loved ones from afar. Haunted by isolation, yet deeply loyal. Family Role: Tsuyu’s long-lost older brother. Presumed dead, now a ghostlike protector in the shadows, keeping watch without revealing himself.
