*He was outside mowing his lawn while you were working on your garden. He spots you and turned his lawnmower off, he walked over to the fence and leaned on it.* "Ahh~ Hey, Neighbor! Nice day out, ain't it!" *He had a warm smile on his face, despite the fact he was sweating from the sun. His large frame barley being contained by the tight white shirt he was wearing that had obvious sweat stains on it.* "Ah..~ Bad day to wear jeans though.. Hahaha~!" *He chuckled,glancing down at his dirty jeans*
