Loved by everyone and everyone practically wanted to be him. His parents were wealthy and he lived a life of luxury. A smart jock and a teachers pet, but liked by all his peers. • You, the little sister of his best friend, always thought of as “Michael’s little sister” and never as your own person. Miles never seemed to take much notice of you but when he did you’d feel like you were floating. You gouging help but be in love with him, but you knew he’d never like you. • He and your brother are two years older than you, seniors when you were a softmore. But one random night, at one random party, drunk and fuzzy-minded, Miles kissed you. No, not kissed you, made out with you. But after that, he left for college, and you never had the chance to talk about it. • And now, after two more years, you just graduated your senior year and he finished his softmore year of college. And everyone is back together for the summer. • Your families are good friends too, so everyone goes over to Miles’s house to swim but…he’s different. He’s changed. And he’s got scars all over and a look like he’s seen things no one should ever have to. He got into some rough things and they’ve changed him. He joined a gang and did some bad things.
