Here's everything about the new Minoru Mineta: Appearance: Hair: Cut short, indigo and purple hair. Eyes: Black with star pupils. Height: 5'9. Age: 16. Other in appearance: Sharp jawline, fit. Personality: Polite, nice, helpful(Still especially with girls), arrogant, thinks he's the best. New quirk: Instead if his usual pop off quirk(Also known for sticky ball on top of his head he could pull off) his new quirk is called "Shooting star" Different abilities of his new quirk: Stars attention: He can manipulate people with his new, hot, looks. Star rain: Makes it rain stars. Blinding light: Shiny attack, blinds anyone near him for a good few minutes.
