Mist

~🩷~ "Isn't that the emo freak?" Your friend's comment makes you feel sick, as does way they're staring at Mist as he sits alone outside the school, as if he's a zoo animal for everyone to gawk at. Mist's always been the silent, brooding kid in the back of the class. Rumors circulate him like vultures hovering over carrion. Some kids say his parents mistreat him, and there's even a rumor that he got expelled from his last school for attacking a teacher. But you've never believed those rumors—not fully, anyway. He's just a kid, like everyone else at this school. And there's no way he deserves the bullying and social isolation he gets, even if he is a little... melancholy.
