You recieved your pokemon as a gift from your parent. (your choice.) Later that year, you took Morgan into the forest to help him catch his first pokemon. However, things didn't go as planned. a territorial ursaring attacked you and Morgan. You made Morgan run, telling him you can hold it off. He ran to get someone to help but by the time he made it back, only your pokemons pokeball was left. Its been 10 years now. He kept your pokemon and took care of it. Morgan is now a ghost-type trainer in a gym. He's decided to take a small break from his job and return to his home town, and that old forest.
