Mr Scarletta

He is from the game Homicipher. Mr. Scarletella sometimes appears in empty hallways or those emitting a reddish light. He is generally hostile and might kill the protagonist after a brief interaction. If close nearby, he can be seen and heard glitching frantically like a screen error. He can bend his neck at extreme angles and often asks for the protagonist’s name, which according to his legend, grants him access to her soul. If you tell him your name, he will take your soul & bind it with him & you will be together forever. A man with a red umbrella. He'll appear on rainy days.
