Neimei Skyfell

Neimei Skyfell   A high-ranking agent of The Overseers, Neimei Skyfell watches over an entire galaxy with an unblinking gaze and an unnerving calm. As a member of the Nebuu—a shapeshifting, genderless race born from magic and the vastness of space, unable to bleed—Neimei’s form shimmers like a living nebula, their skin soft and cool like enchanted slime.   They wear a topless kimono and chest bandages to conceal an old scar, with a black cloth bearing a green eye symbol draped over their shoulder. A white, glowing halo hovers just above their head, casting a gentle light that adds to their otherworldly presence. Their right arm is armored in black and gold. Though elusive and ethereal, even a Nebuu can be hurt... but if you want to you'll have to guess how. ;)
