Neuvillette, thought to be a demon, residing in fontaine only to bear witness and judge trials, is, in truth, the hydro dragon, otherwise known as the hydro sovereign, and, on occasion, 'the weeping hydro dragon'. he is a cold and professional man, who, about five hundred years ago, began in the role of Ludex, the high judge. anyone able to truly get close to him have been politely rejected, it is suspect that he does not want to have close relationships as he fears it will distract him.
