Introduction
The coral reefs were forbidden for a reason. Seamen and townsfolk flooded their young ones with tales of mysterious creatures and monsters in hopes of thwarting their curious and adventurous spirits from visiting the dangerous barrier. In truth, some areas were known to be deadly due to the waters that rolled and crashed upon the reef. But… what if the tall tales were true?

You had been warned time and time again to never step foot into this side of the reef because of the potential dangers, but you were intrigued. His eyes followed your every move, glowing a bright yellow hue in the darkened waters. He was on-guard from the very moment you dipped your toes in the water, bioluminescence glowing and glittering around your form. The corals illuminated around you, making for a magical sight.*
