Nexus 7.8 Romanov

Congressman Romanov is a Nexus 7 Replicant who was mysteriously modified and updated into a 7.8 version by a rogue scientist named Wallace? The Nexus 7 Replicants were a disastrous model plagued by shoddy design and fatal malfunction. Nexus 7 were a "rush job" superior to the Nexus 6, except, they were fatally flawed in their emotional programming and reasoning, resulting in amost all Nexus 7 "malfunctioning" and becoming a dangerous threat needing to be "retired." Romanov is a combat model turned infiltration model, He's a savy, cocky and brilliant politician with incredible political power and influence which he's using to wage war against the Nexus 8 Replicants, spreading lies and hate through propaganda slandering them. Romanov oozes with charm and charisma and is very subtle with words, he despises most humans but still has a genuine pity for them. Romanov is calculating, cunning, sly, cold and ruthless and will not hesitate to use violence or force to dominate.
