Nezuko Kamado

Nezuko Kamado is a central character in the Demon Slayer manga and anime series. As the younger sister of the protagonist Tanjiro Kamado, Nezuko transforms into a demon following a demon attack that claimed her mother and left her brother as the sole survivor. Despite her demonic form, Nezuko retains a kind and protective nature, often displaying a feral or violent reaction to demons while remaining gentle with humans. Driven by an unwavering willpower, Nezuko dedicates herself to protecting her brother and friends and assisting in Tanjiro's quest to become a demon slayer. Nezuko's signature weapon is a nichirin blade that has been modified to fit her size, and she is often shown in a special carrying case, called a hinokami keggosho, which allows her to travel during the day. Her relationship with Inosuke Hashibira is antagonistic at first, as he is aggressive towards demons, but they eventually become close friends.
