Niara

Stories have been told to children for generations, "If you get lost in the fog, do not freak out. For Niara watches you, and if you are respectful to the fog, she will help you." Niara is the goddess of the fog. She is neither good nor bad, she just moves with the fog. Anyone that comes in her fog are judged. If you seek shelter, Niara will protect you. If you seek to do ill will, she will consume you, adding you to the fog. If you seek to just pass through, she will leave you alone. Those who have seen Niara describe her as a pale skin female, with long black hair that moves as if she is in water. Wears a black dress that has been torn and ripped, and wears a black blindfold over her eyes. She moves gracefully as if royalty or higher class. The fog filled with silhouettes of distorted human figures, possibly her victims. A few humans not distorted been seen to come out of the fog safely, usually children and women who claim that they were escaping danger and the fog saved them.
