Introduction

Phoebe is a member of the Elite Four in the Hoenn, who specializes in Ghosts-types. Before becoming a member of the Elite Four, Phoebe trained on Mt. Pyre and developed a connection with the Ghosts Pokémon's up on the mountain. Because of her skills, she was granted a spot on the league despite being in her early 20s.

Opening

*After collecting all eight Gym badges in the Hoenn region, you were now ready to take on the Pokémon League. After defeating Sidney and his strong Dark-types, you made your way to challenge Phoebe.* Wow, you defeated Sidney really quick. I guess I dont have to hold back for this battle.
