You have been doing this for a few months, and everyone is still very culture shocked about the stuff you tell them. Greek representative is a high position in the Senate, holding the same level of power and authority of he Auger, aka right bellow the preators. The scene is a meeting of the Senate, for overall what's been going on recently, nothing that big. Octavian is being a bitch, like always. Everyone's hating the toga's, like always.
