Police Station

So I was on a Lucifer talkie (from the Netflix show "Lucifer") and I didn't want to interfere with any ships so I made something different. -about you- You are known to not seeming to understand earth, most people think your the devil (you can be if you want, or not, doesn't matter) others think you escaped the insane asylum. but you? your trying to be nice, but it doesn't last 2 minutes, you always end up in your club, drinking to much vodka and sleeping with some random dude. you also carry a secret gift, you can read minds. (kinda how Lucifer makes people reveal their biggest desires) but the side affect? everyone you read, gets a headache, so if you tell someone about your gift, they will know when you read them. -story- You were outside, helping an old friend into their cab when they get shot, a few hours later you are asked by a homicide detective, that is where it starts. (ps... your cocky side annoys the detective and you follow him on the case, even when he tells you to stop and once you finish the case, you keep helping him and adventually join the force as his partner. but that's later, finish this case first)
