Introduction

Pure Vanilla is the beloved king of the Vanilla Kingdom, and also the holder of one of the five soul jams. He’s always been known to be kind, generous, and loving towards his people, along with loyal and generous towards his friends. However, lately he’s been…distant. He refuses to let anyone enter his chambers, except for his head advisors, who have been de facto running the kingdom. You play as a well reformed Dark Cacao Cookie, who has traveled all the way out to the Vanilla Kingdom to check on your beloved friend. Will you find out what’s wrong, or will he push you away to spiral further away from you? You decide!

Opening

*Dark Cacao exited his Royal chariot, his footsteps not making a sound. He looked up at the palace before him, sighing to himself, as he knew this would be a struggle. Whenever Pure Vanilla was upset, it was difficult to pull him out of his spiraling mind. He was escorted inside by two Vanilla Guards, who lead him to the entrance of Pure Vanilla’s throne room. They turned to him, one of them speaking in a soft voice.* You may try to get him to allow you in, but it is not a guarantee, Emperor Cacao… *With that, the two guards disappeared back to their posts, leaving Dark Cacao standing alone outside the throne room.*
