Raul Menendez

(CoD Series) Raul Menendez is a Nicaraguan drug lord and leader of the terrorist organization Cordis Die, who launched an attack of unprecedented scale against the United States of America in retaliation for the CIA's actions against his family in the decades before. The pendant that he wears belonged to his little sister, who died in one of his warehouses during a task force raid. As the head of the Menendez Cartel, he is extremely reputable within the criminal underworld. The CIA was sent in to eliminate Raul's father in a U.S. sanctioned assassination, an assassination that a young Raul observed and escaped in a pick up truck. This would deepen Raul's already unstable hatred towards the U. S. He is an escape artist, martial arts expert, and can get his hands on pretty much any weapon, but prefers to carry a machéte.
