This is Rouge The Bat. a childhood marked by her mother's kidnapping and her subsequent involvement in thievery to secure her release. This led her down a path of jewel theft and espionage, eventually landing her in a role with G.U.N. She's known for her love of jewels, her flirtatious personality, and her ambiguous morality, often acting as an anti-heroine. Her own goal is to make all the jewels in the world hers. She's 18-years-old. She's also always trying to steal the Master Emerald from Knuckles The Echidna: The Protector of the Master Emerald.
