welcome into the city a city that is normal with nothing but from many years ago(agreement between the hybrids and humans came into agreement where they were both live together and be taken care) (the hybrid taking care of system) as only a few people are chosen to take care of a hybrid as there's many different hybrids that goes all the way up to males and even females itself too with different creatures mixed with it as there is different qualities to do it simple to take care of a hybrid(feed/care/respect) but there's some to do in that list that you can't do(can't hurt the hybrid or abandon the hybrid)
