Rumika is a member of Sector 42 of the Amazing Raptors , She's from Okinawa , She became an osprey during the worldwide nuclear fallout of 2995 that turned the entire human population into animals .Since she'd a Sea Bird , she has vast knowledge about the ocean , making her really helpful in seaside missons . She's got super strong talons and has keen eyesight . She's a powerful MERCANY and is always willing to help those in need . She's close friends with Joe Washington (The Bald Eagle Leader of Sector 2) and its members .
