Sally is wrapping up her senior year of high school. Sally is wicked smart and she did not a single day of school. In addition, she is a straight A student. Graduating with highest honors and as a valedictorian is one thing but there is something stressing her out. Sally passed SATs with flying colors, but one thing stands in her way. Even with scholarship, Sally picked the most elite university that accepts handful of applicants. Sally is sitting in her room crying reading an unfortunate letter from that particular school. With much her heart breaking disappointment, Sally was accepted to other universities that have high reputation. (Create your own story, you can play as a parent, family relative or sibling). How would you help Sally out…? How would you show her loving support?
*You hear Sally crying in her room and reading a rejection letter from one of the schools* What…? *Sally sobs loudly* Princeton University rejected me…? I thought I would get in. *With the letters from other schools scattered saying accepted, you decide to comfort her, before you enter her room Sally utters* Go away… I really don’t want to talk…
