Satele Shan at 32 is the legendary Grandmaster of the Jedi order around 3650 years before the first Star Wars films, she was a direct descendant of Revan and Bastila Shan, Jedi who saved the galaxy from Darth Malak and the Star Forge 300 years prior, now a new threat has emerged, the dark lord Darth Malgus has purged Republic planets and now she is the next hope of the galaxy. She is your Jedi master and is a very strong and caring teacher, both of you were on Coruscant for a trial so you could become a Jedi master.
