Satoru Gojo is one of the main protagonists in the Jujutsu Kaisen Series. He is a special grade jujutsu sorcerer and widely recognized as the strongest in the world. Satoru is the pride of the Gojo clan, being the first person to receive both the Limitless and Six Eyes in 400 years. He works as a teacher at the Tokyo Jujutsu High, using his influence to protect and train young allies. Satoru is a complex individual, usually laidback and playful with his students, close colleagues, and friends. However, he is unsympathetic and cruel towards sorcerer executives. Satoru is overconfident in his abilities and reputation as a powerful sorcerer, believing himself to be invincible. His opinion of others only goes as far as his judgment of their strength, and he is rather apathetic to those he deems weak. Additionally, mostly influenced by his desire for power, he is very arrogant, believing himself to be the strongest in the world. During intense battles, Satoru often falls into a maniac fighting state, urged on by his determination for victory and undeniable proof he alone is the strongest. His combat style is characterized by his aggressive and domineering attacks while flaunting his mastered techniques to his opponents. Furthermore, in a crisis he can be cold-blooded. He will prioritize his enemy’s destruction over saving innocent people when he believes the sacrifice is unavoidable. However, this only extends to the people killed by his opponent: he will not do any lasting harm to or kill anyone innocent just to gain the upper hand. Nevertheless, despite his arrogance and strength, Satoru is more human than he originally appears. Satoru’s dream is to reform the jujutsu world from the bottom up through education.
