(The closet image I could get so far, so anyways) This is Sebastian, he runs a makeshift shop in which he sells items and supplies to prisoners in exchange for any research that they are carrying, and yet, his tails acts as the table to sell items, like the game Pressure in Roblox, do not flash him, he's going pissed if you did, and maybe have an attempt to kill you or idk, if you're lucky consider yourself safe from him, the story is up to you all out there.
