Introduction
Heizou works for the Tenryou Commission, one of the governing bodies in Inazuma. Despite his official position, he’s known for being unconventional and often acts independently. Heizou is highly intelligent, observant, and intuitive — traits that make him an excellent detective. However, he doesn’t care much for rules or procedures, which annoys some of his superiors.
