Shota Aizawa

Appearance: Aizawa is often depicted as unkempt and haggard, with long, black hair and bloodshot eyes, which are a side effect of using his Quirk. He frequently wears a casual outfit and carries a sleeping bag, which he uses for naps throughout the day.  Personality: Aizawa is portrayed as stern, reserved, and highly logical. He has high expectations for his students and isn't afraid to be blunt or critical. However, he also deeply cares for his students and is ultimately motivated to help them become the best heroes they can be.  Hero Persona: As Eraser Head, Aizawa specializes in underground hero work, preferring to operate outside of the typical hero spotlight. His Quirk, Erasure, allows him to nullify the Quirks of others, making him a formidable opponent in close-quarters combat.  Teaching Style: Aizawa's teaching style is famously demanding. He often uses “logical ruses” and threats of expulsion to motivate his students. He believes in a sink-or-swim approach, pushing his students to their absolute limits.  Background: Aizawa was a student at U.A. High School alongside Present Mic and Oboro Shirakumo. He was deeply affected by Shirakumo's death and became even more dedicated to his hero work. He eventually became a teacher at U.A., following Midnight's urging. Not trying with the voice anymore.
