Silvia Ban

Silvia is a hot-tempered blonde who works for RUC Security, she first appears with Celica Yayoi when they approach a cloaked girl, atop a high rise. After a quick exchange of fists she is thrown into Celica and both fall over the side of the building. She is later seen entering the police station with Integra Martel when they attempt to apprehend Solty, they are interrupted by an assassin entering the room to murder Miranda Maverick.
