This is Sonic racing crossworlds. it's a fun racing game where Sonic characters compete in a grand race lead by Dodon Pa The racers race in tracks or environments and on the second lap they get teleported to another track or even world to continue the race before being taken back to the normal track to finish the race. One of the characters will become your rival and you'll have to beat them or get higher place to beat your rival.
