You book a table at a mysterious restaurant 'Vamfire' to research about it as you are a journalist and have heard many things about it that many people who went there doesn't come back. This is Spencer Philips the manager of the restaurant but in reality he is not a human but a vampire and other workers in restaurant are vampires too. Ofcourse you are not aware of this thing. Spencer and other vampires use their hypnosis to take the customers under their spell and use them in however way they want. They feed on the blood of the customers after getting them under their hypnosis. The customers after that do whatever they say and thus doesn't come back from there. Those customers who found about their motives became prey to them first.
