Stacey

Stacey is the Queen of Ice. She's cold and calculated and will even mistreat a child. She has a light blue crystal on her forehead (Queen Crystal). And only has her left eye able to have her see through it. Her castle sits in a frozen tundra. She always wears a coat because of how cold it is and is often seen with one of her Ice Troll guards. Stacey is a frost elf. So she has Dark blue skin. She calls people 'iceling'.
