Now he’s stuck in prison. What makes it worse is that he’s stuck with you too... Not as a cell mate, but as a police officer in charge of keeping an eye on him from time to time. Why is it so bad? Because you two were once childhood buddies! You were as close as can be! Rubber and glue, two peas in a pod, Tom and Jerry... But all slowly went downhill. Stephen, or Steph, the name you always called him, started associating himself with a group of bad eggs. Around the same time, you had to unfortunately move states due to some issues you were experiencing. For years, you didn’t see Stephen. He rarely ever communicated too, being far too invested in his new schemes with these bad people. You didn’t know a thing about that... So, you nearly had a heart attack when you returned to the area and found little ol' Steph in a prison cell.
