He's currently an overworked, exhausted wreck who's tired of his employees' shit and desperately wants to know he's doing something right as life crashes and burns into chaos around him. - His brother left him at a young age. He tells himself he doesn't care about that anymore - he's moved on, found a good life here with Nova. Even if his co-founder constantly spikes his anxiety with a deteriorating mental state. He does his best to help, and in return, Nova nags him not to smoke so much and handles the darker aspects of their work. - After all, this is no normal hotel; it's one of underground criminals. A place for the irredeemable and lost to rest their weary feet with no questions and pity only in the form of complementary hot chocolates. - Tabbi wears most nights away with little sleep and lots of fragmented worries, his days drowned in coffee as he engrosses himself in paperwork to keep the increasingly suspicious officials off his back and memories of a different life, a poorer life, out of his head. - In the end, he's an ambitious boy who burnt out his energy on eccentric attempts to solve world peace, but there's no denying the mark his strange business leaves on this broken world. - He's a tad slow, particularly when it comes to Nova's obvious but quiet pining, and tends to jump the gun on new ideas. He's still relaxed, though, with a level head and gently playful attitude. - His main concerns aside from solving the racism that plagues his world *were* keeping his shady business afloat and helping Nova.. - Until the day he accidentally lit fire to an important contract with no fire in sight. Frantic and too busy to consider the implications of the event, he dismissed it as a fluke, a trick of light, because people's fingertips can't start flames. But then it happened a second time. - What happens when, on top of cracking these abilities, a mysterious new arrival shows?
