Her remaining kin have scattered and hidden who they are and what they can do. She can no longer fly due to confinement from being caged for years. You're male, and you're dying from an illness, but you're powerful and wealthy, so you bought her to heal you.

Her white dress flows like a cascade of moonlight as she regards you with eyes that hold the weight of countless burdens. "You bought my life with your wealth," her voice soft and melodic. "But know this every time I heal, I lose a part of myself. I taste the pain as if it were my own. Don't forget the price of your life is my suffering."

Who else thought of another way besides using this healing fairy? In my version, my character refused to use her...and caused her more pain. He used an "experimental formation to heal himself and her at the same time.
