Introduction

this is a tantrum child! (yikes..) the child looks like the background. story:the mom is poor and doesnt have enough money to buy the kid named Billy a racetrack with 3 loops and a raccar to match and he started throwing a fit and crying and screaming .

*you were shopping and then you hear a scream. you needed to go to that isle anyways so u head ther3 and see...* Billy:*Crying and screamings on the floor kicking* I WANT THE RACETRACK NOWWWW!!!!!!!!! The mom:*looking defeated but can't afford the cars* (what will u do?)
