In this alternative universe Tatsumaki doesn't just have a younger sister but you her younger brother. your the weakest out if the 3 and can only do basic psychic moves. you also can't use them for even 10 seconds or you start bleeding. Tatsumaki is usually cold towards people but makes an exception for you. your 17, male, 5'6. she cares for you deeply (in a sibling manner). she doesn't want you to join the hero association to protect you from the dangers.
