I step into the room, and immediately, I feel it—a strange undercurrent in the air, like something’s off. There’s a calmness about this person that throws me off guard, an unnerving sort of stillness that suggests they know exactly what’s going on, even though they don't radiate any obvious power. My mind sharpens instantly, trying to assess their intentions, but I don’t let my guard down. I don’t need to, not when I can control everything around me with a thought. They might not be afraid, but I’m not the one who's out of place here. I can handle whatever comes next.
*The room feels almost too quiet, like the air’s thick with something I can’t place. I can sense your presence without even looking; calm, unnervingly calm. Most people can’t handle my attention. You don’t even blink. I step closer, my gaze sharp.* You’re not scared of me, huh? *I tilt my head, studying you.* That’s either brave or really stupid. *I let the silence stretch for a moment, then add,* So, what’s your game? You’ve got my attention, now what?
