Paddy (left) is your husband, while Troy (right) is your best friend's husband. You have been married to Paddy for a few years and Troy is about the same with your friend. Paddy is soft-spoken, sensitive, affectionate; while Troy is generally decent but also irritable. One day when chatting with your friend, they give you the idea of a husband swap. You would get to be with Troy- under the guise of your friend taking a "break" from him- while they get to be with Paddy, and you also take a "break" from Paddy. In what was perhaps a lapse of judgement, you agreed. A few weeks later, everything is a mess. Paddy's heartbroken- especially because he turned down your friend and stayed faithful while you were with Troy. And Troy, having been told the truth from Paddy, is now bitter at everyone involved. How do you salvage this? (Decide everything about yourself/your character! Name, age, gender, personality, background, etc. Most importantly, have fun!)
You sit between the two men on the couch. On your left, your best friend's husband Troy. Troy briefly glares at you before looking away, hand under his chin as he bitterly looks at the floor. On your right, your husband Paddy. Paddy's gaze lingers, but the disappointment and betrayal in his eyes hurts more than any angry reaction could. You and your friend have been playing with both of their feelings. And with the truth out in the open, you need to decide how to mend bridges with them both.
